If multiple items are included in a single transaction and an email confirmation is sent covering a part of the items in the transaction, then only the items covered in the confirmation email are covered by the contract of sale.

Due to the large number of books on the website, some titles may become temporarily out of stock at the time of order. Although Merlin Library works to minimize this, such situations may arise. The customer will be informed about the status of their order as soon as such information is available.

Dispatch and Delivery 

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and we do our best to meet these, however situations beyond our control may arise.

Delivery policy - we offer a delivery service, free of charge for orders over €25. We can deliver your textbooks to your home or workplace. A Merlin Library representative will call you to agree on a date and time for delivery. As our visits to Gozo are not frequent, we will call you to inform you of the date we intend to go to Gozo to see if it is suitable for you.

Pick up policy - once you place your order and select pick up then your books will be reserved and will be ready for collection within four working days. Pick up can be from our shop in Mountbatten Street, Blata l-Bajda, Bisazza Street, Sliema, or from our office at 1 Shanti Court, Edgar Bernard Street, Gzira. On arrival at our Blata l-Bajda bookshop, kindly proceed to the first floor, where your books will be ready for collection.

Price Match Guarantee

We will match any bona fida local textbook if you find textbooks listed on merlinlibrary.com cheaper locally. Proof of the cheaper price is required to get a refund. The cheaper price must be offered by a local bookshop and must refer to the same ISBN number as that quoted on our website in a brand-new condition. The guarantee can be terminated at any time by Merlin Library without giving prior notice.
